Billy received his Diploma in 2007 from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) of Great Britain. He also is an International Bordeaux Tutor, certified by the Bordeaux Wine School USA. Billy has worked as an associate for small boutique wine shops in New York City.

When he isn’t pursuing the profession of wine and its manifold giddy pleasures, he somberly practices law as an employment attorney.
